An advanced admin panel supports raffle moderation, transaction tracking, analytics, and user management. While the PWA is optimized for mobile usage, desktop users accessing the platform will initially see a simplified landing experience.

Problem Statement
The biggest challenge was payment gateway integration. Most providers flagged the original wallet-based raffle flow as non-compliant due to policy restrictions around raffles and prize pooling. This blocked API access and made in-app transactions unviable without risking account suspension or compliance issues.
Solutions
We redesigned the platform’s core flow to a free-to-enter raffle model. Creators now launch raffles without collecting money inside the app, and winners are selected transparently. Prize distribution is handled externally by the client, ensuring full compliance with payment gateway policies while preserving the excitement and integrity of the raffle experience.

Technical Architecture
Shubham and Eli approached Propelius with an idea to make raffles feel exciting again—less like forms and more like content people actually want to engage with. Their vision was a social, creator-led experience where participation feels natural, fun, and community-driven. Propelius brought this vision to life by designing a swipe-based discovery experience, social engagement layers, and a compliant raffle flow that balanced creativity with real-world constraints. The result is a platform that feels playful for users while remaining practical and scalable for long-term growth.
