Problem Statement
DIMS required designing a high-density, compliance-heavy interface for multiple court roles—each needing different views into sensitive data. Presenting large volumes of case, participant, and lab data without overwhelming non-technical users was a major UX challenge, especially within strict legal and privacy constraints.
Solutions
We built a role-aware, modular frontend architecture that dynamically adapts views based on permissions. Data-heavy screens were broken into workflow-driven dashboards with clarity-first layouts. Accessibility, consistency, and scalability were prioritized, ensuring the UI could grow alongside future court modules while remaining compliant and usable.
